Which is why this is going to be another SHORT Journal Jot this week, and yes, I really DO know what that word means … I just don’t use it a lot.

You see, my son and daughter-in-law and two grandbabies are in town this week, and my focus has been on them rather than writing, editing, email or Facebook. So I thought it’d be fun to show you a few pix and then get back to them, if that’s okay.
But first … I have a favor to ask. You see, my book Love at any Cost is up for Book of the Year over at The Book Club Network along with TONS of other wonderful Christian novels, so I’m asking you to vote. Not for me, necessarily, although I’d be thrilled if you do, but either way, PLEASE vote! It’s important to Christian fiction in general, and especially important to the author for whom you vote.
Because the truth is, if an author’s hard work has brought a few moments of joy into your life, why not thank them with a vote for their book? I will even add an extra option to my Rafflecopter Video Contest below where you can get extra points for doing so, okay?
